Brianne was our server, and she was the best. Awesome recommendation on the drink. The steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection. And the mashed potatoes were incredible. The dessert was just sinful....so good. This was my first visit, but definately won't be my last. Thanks again Brianne.

We were seated immediately. Our server was amazing. He gave us honest opinions on the menu and wine selections. Hands down, the food was really good. It is what I needed to remind me of our hometown, NY, on my birthday! Thank you all at 1818 Chop House for making my evening and meal a great one to remember. ❤️

Came here for our anniversary and we loved it. Staff were wonderful and kind. The food was delicious and hot and came out in a timely manner. We both had the filet mingon which was cooked to perfection! We even got a free desert for our anniversary. Cannot reccomend enough and we definitely want to return.

Wonderful cocktails, and the sides were the highlight of the evening. I recommend the Mac and Cheese, House Salad, and a Spice and Ice for a cocktail.

While visiting some family in town from Texas we have to make a stop at this amazing place. Hostess was very sweet and accommodating. The Ahi tuna and spinach dip appetizers are to die for, highly recommended. Bistro salad was my favorite. The Mahi Mahi special is a most, should always be in the menú. The Flamed Salmon was really good. Prime Rib special was the delicious. Crème brûlée was really delicious. Excellent customer Service performed by Steven.

Had a nice birthday dinner here. All the food was really good but was thrown off by the ravioli. Wasn’t expecting it to be soup consistency. Maybe should have read menu closer. Bartender was great as I was able to try a “The Last Word” drink after seeing Chartreuse in their liquor selection. Yum!

Dinner celebrating my wife's birthday. The thick Delmonico Steak (14 oz or 18 oz) was excellent! Great flavor, tender, and perfectly cooked! The atmosphere was good. The service was excellent! We will definitely go back!

This isnt a steakhouse like longhorn or Texas Roadhouse.Its. a little more on the pricer side but well worth the couple of extra dollars.The waitress was very friendly and catered to us like we were the only ones there.Well we werw cause it wasnt quite 5 pm yet.But the place was clean the food was hot.I had the Del monico that was cooked med and was perfect.My other half had the filet which was one of the best she had in a long time.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.....THIS WAS THE EDWARDSVILLE IL LOCATION
